Service Description
At The Academy by Chloe Eleanor, we offer top-quality lash lift training that will take your career to the next level. Our lash lift course teaches you how to create length, volume, and lift for open-eyed, low-maintenance lashes that last up to 6 weeks. Our comprehensive program is designed to give you the knowledge and skills you need to succeed in the beauty industry. Join us and learn the art of lash lifting today. Up to 2 students may be taught in this session. Please be prepared to work on each other or a model if only 1 student is attending. Patch testing is COMPULSORY for all students/models and this will be arranged by The Academy prior to your course date. All students receive an exclusive Academy by Chloe-Eleanor branded tote bag, notebook and pen and a reusable coffee cup plus a certificate of completion. Prior to your course start date at The Academy, we will enrol each student with The Beauty Guild (GTi) ready to complete the online theory which MUST be completed prior to your course date. Upon satisfactory completion of both your online theory and practical assessment, you will receive a fully insurable GTi qualification. Up to 2 students may be taught in this session. Models will be provided where possible. Full T&C apply. Student must adhere to code of conduct at all times at The Academy. Entry requirements apply. Must be aged 16 or over to attend, ID may be requested. Parental/guardian consent for under 18's will be requested for enrolment. Only named person on booking may attend course. Booking can not be transferred to another student. Booking fee is non-refundable, may be transferable within 6 months of original booking date subject to availability. Student may be required to work on another student for training purposes. Patch testing for specific treatments is compulsory. For GTi accredited courses online theory MUST be completed before attending practical course at The Academy. GTi enrolment fee of £25 is included in the price shown. Enrolment details and information will be sent out once course date is booked.
Cancellation Policy
ATTENDING THE ACADEMY Only the named student cant attend the course booked. Children are not permitted in the academy due to the nature of some of our treatments available and for their health and safety. THEORY Your online theory if completing a GTi accredited course MUST be completed at least 48 hours prior to your course date. You will NOT be able to attend your course at the academy without successfully completing your online theory on the portal and you will incur your booking to be cancelled and any monies paid will be lost. Please contact us ASAP if you are unable to carry this out. PARKING There is very limited parking at The Academy Please arrive to your appointment on time as we do not have the facility for many cars to wait. If you aren't a confident driver or have a large car we would recommend to park on surrounding roads or the top of Cainhoe Road next door as the courtyard is a tight squeeze on busy days. CANCELLATIONS, LATE CANCELLATION FEES AND NO SHOWS Full payment of your course will be debited at time of booking. Course fees are non-refundable in case of cancellation. Any enrollment fees/discounts are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend your course, please let us know as early as possible so we can re-schedule your training with us at least 48 hours in advance of training date otherwise your total booking cost will be lost. Postponements are subject to availability and MUST be rebooked and completed within 6 months of original course date. LATENESS Please let us know if you are running late for your training, we can usually allow for up to 15 minutes grace period, however it is imperative you do not miss out on your education with us as you may not be able to be signed off. If you are running more than 30 minutes late it will be treated as a no-show and a on the day cancellation and any fees paid will not be refunded. CODE OF CONDUCT We expect all our trainers and learners to abide by our code of conduct. Prior to any learning taking place this will be explained by your trainer and is to be signed by all learners at the beginning of your course. Any one who does not follow the code of conduct will be asked to leave the academy immediately, your training will end with immediate effect and the guild will be contacted and informed.
